Return & Exchange Policy
At SMD, we strive to ensure your kitchen and home are equipped with the best products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return & Exchange Period
• Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of delivery.
2. Product Condition
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• It must be in the original packaging (box, plastic wraps, and tags).
• Items used for food or liquids cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.
3. Damaged or Broken Items (Fragile Goods)
• Since kitchenware can be fragile (glass, porcelain, etc.), please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
• If an item is received damaged or broken, it must be reported to our customer service within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the damage to process a free replacement.
4. Shipping Costs
• Faulty/Incorrect Items: If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will cover all shipping costs.
• Customer Preference: If you wish to exchange or return an item for personal reasons (e.g., changed your mind), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
5. Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method or store credit within 7-10 business days.
